So it wasn't just me, right? Prisoner of Azkaban was the absolute sketchiest slashiest movie ever? When I read fic I tend to avoid teacher/student pairings, because it's all a little too "Don't Stand So Close To Me" and I'm easily squicked, but even I went "wow. harry. lupin. get off each other, boys." And once you start seeing it you can't stop. Yikes.

I liked the music in the earlier ones better. Like everyone else, I was impressed by the newfound maturity of the cast of kids. And I thought the dementors weren't going to be remotely intimidating, and then they showed the mouth-things, and ewww, eek, I'll just be looking over here now.

Lupin doesn't look like that in my world, at all. Frustrating. Sirius on the posters was weird but I bought that more in person. I discovered rainbwfairie is a fan of Sirius and has not yet finished book 5. As she'll probably read this (though she doesn't always click lj-cuts so I'm not sure), I won't say more, but those of you In The Know know what I'm thinking about.

I keep telling myself I'll get to bed early, since I'm hating mornings more and more. That is, I keep lying to myself, and I'm gullible enough to believe me. :P

It's not the slashiest movie ever, but it's up there. (That title goes to The Fellowship of the Ring. Heh.) ;)

hey---I saw Harry potter "3"(if u want to call it that) and i totally was not impressed by it....I enjoyed it, but like u didn't find the maturity of the characters, well, fitting to the story. I mean, if it wasn't entitled "harry potter, prisoner of akazban" I wouldn't just go straight to "harry potter is the main character" Hermoine and everyone else had just as many lines(or as few in my mind) I just don't remember much dialouge whatever...hmmm...anyways, i still enjoyed it and still like everything harry potter overall

Well, I'm looking forward to seeing it sometime this week, but my hopes aren't too high. Hopefully I won't be disappointed that way. ^_~

LOL -- Hermione is totally my favorite so I wasn't unhappy with that. "3" is just way easier to type than "Prisoner of Azkaban", that's the only reason I wrote that. Also every time I type the word Azkaban I think I'm spelling it wrong and have to double-check, because I'm obsessive-compulsive like that... :P
