Speaking of things that aren't recipes for sanity: take sleep deprivation, loads of work and stress, mysterious kitchen thieves, PMS, an erratic diet, ugly weather. Blend well. Cry. (actually, maybe a good cry is what I need? not for any particular reason, just to unload.)
But I think the worst is over. Okay, exams are still coming up, but somehow they don't seem nearly as stress-inducing to me as last week was. I don't have that OMFGdeerintheheadlightspanicpanicpanicsplat feeling. Which is good.
Mistakes I should try not to make again: not taking a HASS class (that's humanities/arts/social sciences, and I feel like I'm suffocating a piece of myself that I rather liked), punting on the weekend preceding the last week for assignments to be due, wasting extensions in such a huge way. And now it's time to do something about the sleep dep.
