I HATE YAHOO.

They've eaten all my group subscriptions, though the admins of the group I'm in swear I'm still listed as a member. I got an error while trying to view my profile -- I email the address listed on the page and get an autoreply whining that I should go look at the help and use one of the ask-a-question links there. In spite of the fact that the page itself said the email addy was what I should do.
So I go to the help pages, examine pretty thoroughly. The pages covering my problem list only solutions I've ALREADY TRIED. The page with my problem doesn't have an send-a-help-question link; instead, I have to go to another page that doesn't fit the issue as well and email from there.
So I go. And I type again. And I email. Refraining from sarcastic comments despite that I feel like I'm going through one of those support-phone-call extension mazes, and isn't this whole newfangled internet thing supposed to help avoid that? This was all early this morning. I get an email back this evening telling me the exact same thing as the help pages, even though I'd EXPLICITLY mentioned that I'd ALREADY tried that and it DIDN'T WORK. The error page I was getting is STILL THERE. They didn't do anything but send me the stupid help page again. So I'm emailing again, with a light dusting of veiled sarcasm, and we shall see, and I will try not to go on a murder spree because I need to read the stuff relating to the zine I contribute to now, or rather several days ago. Argh.
In conclusion, for a system as $%&*%!@ complicated as theirs, Yahoo groups help just plain SUCKS. Yup.
