procrastination techniques

godreamTechnically I could easily get away without doing any homework tonight, 'cause I'm spending all of tomorrow at the technology fair in front of the library. I feel obliged to, nonetheless. As in, I'll feel guilty when I don't. Instead, I'm stalking people via their AIM away messages (just when you thought it was safe to post your screen name... mua ha ha ha) and criticizing the school newspaper. Spent twenty minutes writing all over the Forum. I'm really sorry if anyone responsible for that thing is reading this, I'm sure you're all wonderful people, but folks, spellcheck. It's not THAT hard, is it? I swear, every time I read that paper my faith in the English department sinks a little more. Spelling is only the beginning. ... grammarwhores, huh? Er. But I'm not all that mean and bitter, really, because I'll admit the content of some of the articles was kinda interesting once I got over the "ack, my eyes!!" routine. And I know, I know, I should tactfully mention to someone that maybe another read-over of the articles before printing might be a good idea rather than mocking mercilessly here behind virtual backs, but I'm lazy and a hypocrite and all sorts of other nasty destructive words so I won't.
Um. Where was I? I distinctly remember having thoughts so deep my head echoed while on the bus today, and also while reshelving, but they're gone now.
If you haven't seen this yet, you should. Especially if you're less than enthused with this whole Valentine business. Or even if you are. viralmarketingblog.com is almost entirely unrelated, but pretty cool nonetheless. And not nearly as slimy as the URL might make it sound.
