Also, this essay-rant-thing needs to be seen. I was going to try to summarize it, or say something snappy, but it's been a long week. It's about fad diets and self-image, as promoted by our culture, and how much both suck, sort of. (Link lifted from brimful.)

Coming soon, really: the last boat ride in Bar Harbor (a more entertaining story than you'd think, and possibly with pictures, depending on if my friend actually sends them to me), random pictures I've been meaning to put here (I like pictures, they're a nice alternative to content) and, um, something else I'm forgetting. Tales of the elementary school reunion that's tomorrow, if they turn out to be funny. They probably will, and probably will also be humiliating. Especially since I'm pretty sure someone told my old crush about the three years I spent passionately in love with him. Ha. But I have to go flip my laundry and cut my brownies now. (It's turning into a very domestic evening.) Good night!
